Francesco "Fra" and Benedetto "Benni" are two longtime Italian friends who both work and live in London. They share the same respect for food, combining great care to sourcing raw materials with meticulous attention to details in their presentations. They've started this project together in order to express and voice their passion for aperitivo, that will be hard not to listen to.
